Statement on Accessibility from Charlotte Meentzen Kräutervital Kosmetik GmbH

The Charlotte Meentzen Kräutervital Kosmetik GmbH is committed to making its website www.meentzen.de accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).

I. Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement is valid as of June 25, 2025.

This accessibility statement applies to all services provided by Charlotte Meentzen Kräutervital Kosmetik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") through the desktop version and the mobile version of the website (www.meentzen.de).

II. General Description of Services in an Accessible Format

Our services relate to cosmetic and care products for the face and body, based on the power of natural ingredients and medicinal herbs, tailored to specific skin needs. We offer these cosmetic and care products for sale through our Charlotte Meentzen online shop. We also provide information about individual products, the effects of the ingredients, and the application of the products for optimal care of individual skin types on our website. With the "My Meentzen" loyalty program, we offer our registered customers a rewards and benefits program. Through the Studio Finder, we connect partner cosmetic studios where customers can apply our products on-site as part of professional treatment methods.

Additionally, we offer a special section for registration and login with "Charlotte Meentzen Professional." This section is not aimed at consumers but at our business customers.

III. Explanations of Our Services

We provide our customers with a variety of features to conclude or initiate contracts through our website.

The Charlotte Meentzen online shop allows customers to search and filter products by skin type, care series, ingredients, and product categories. The ordering process in the online shop is straightforward. Customers add the desired items to the shopping cart, select one of the common payment and shipping options, and complete the order process either using their online customer account or as a guest (without registration, just by providing their address details). All orders are processed promptly and securely packaged and shipped to the address specified by the customer. It should be noted that the presentation of products in our online shop does not yet constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The binding offer is only made by the customer when they complete the ordering process by clicking the "Buy Now" button or a comparable confirmation. The purchase contract is ultimately concluded once we declare acceptance of this offer through a separate order confirmation via email or send the ordered goods.

Our product information, including ingredients, effects, and application, is intended to assist customers in self-analysis and in selecting the products that are suitable for them, ensuring optimal self-care.
For customers who want to use and experience our products as part of professional skin analyses and treatment processes, the Studio Finder allows for a geographic search for suitable cosmetic studios nearby by entering an address, postal code, or location or using a map. Customers can filter partner cosmetic studios based on the services they offer.

Customers have the option to register for the "My Meentzen" loyalty program free of charge. With this program, customers earn points through purchases, reviews, or other interactions on the website. The number of points can be found, for example, in the respective product presentation in the Charlotte Meentzen online shop. The collected points can be exchanged for rewards, discounts, or limited products. The implementation of the program aims to nurture the relationship between us and our customers through individual benefits.
